General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between fbjaee ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the fbjaee.cam website or its applications, you agree to all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.

fbjaee operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform. We follow the principles of fair play and transparency, and the same standards apply to all our members.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use services on fbjaee, the following conditions must be met:

• A member may open only one account.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from fbjaee are provided under specific conditions. Each offer has its own applicable terms.

Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (15x the bonus amount).
• The bonus can be received only once per account.
• Bets placed with bonus funds apply only to games approved by fbjaee.
• After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit.
• If the wagering time limit expires, any unused bonus will be cancelled.

fbjaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all games and bets on the fbjaee platform:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any bet or game round is left incomplete due to a technical error, fbjaee will make a decision after investigation.
• The game provider's server logs will be considered final evidence.
• For cricket betting, specific betting rules apply to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.

fbjaee reserves the right to set, change, or restrict bet limits at its discretion. Maximum bet amounts may be set for certain games or categories, and these will be displayed on the platform.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbjaee platform:

• Gaining an unfair advantage in gaming through fraudulent activity, unauthorised software, or bots.
• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Misleading or acting fraudulently toward other members.
• Attempting to breach the security of the fbjaee system or identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any activity that damages the reputation of the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

fbjaee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (generally 12 months or more).
• Direction from a court or regulatory authority.
• Account closure at the member's own request.

In the event of account closure, the return of actual funds earned in compliance with the terms will be determined at fbjaee's discretion. Funds related to bonuses are not refundable if wagering requirements have not been met.

Limitation of Liability

fbjaee is not liable for the following:

• Disruption to games or bets due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Server problems of third-party game providers or changes to their own terms.

fbjaee provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but we do try to resolve any issues promptly.
